Cancellation Policy
- Order once placed cannot be canceled.
- Once the product is open cannot be returned. In case of a damaged product, it would be exchanged.
Return/Refund Policy
- At C9 Nutrition, our products are non-returnable due to their consumable and health-related nature.
- However, if you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, kindly email us at c9nutrition@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please attach an unboxing video and images of the product, invoice, inner and outer packaging, along with the batch number. We’ll require 48-72 hours to respond.
- Please refrain from using the item for which you’ve raised a complaint. If the shipment appears tampered or damaged, kindly refuse to accept it upon delivery.
- For orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, contact our customer support team. We’ll either process a refund in the form of a voucher code/c9nutrition credit points or resend the order, subject to availability.
- Please avoid accepting any packet that shows signs of damage or tampering. No returns or replacements will be provided in such cases.

- If the amount is deducted from your account without receiving confirmation from us, contact our customer support team and provide the following information:
- Transaction details, Email address, Contact number
- Complete product details of your order
- Amount debited from the account
